UFC champion Georges St. Pierre has one of the most unique training workouts in the sport, utilizing gymnastics to help keep his body in shape.
St. Pierre and trainer Patrick Beauchamp, of the Club IMCO Gymnastique in Montreal, Canada allowed Yahoo! Sports exclusive access to GSP’s workout routine.
