Set up for a regular horizontal pullup. As you start from the hanging position, pull yourself up and toward one hand. Try to touch your chest on the back of that hand. Return to the starting position and pull to the other side on the next repetition.
TIP: Moving your hands wider apart makes this exercise more difficult. Remember that you still have the difficulty options with this exercise (floor, bench, ball) as mentioned earlier.
