Standing with feet shoulder-width apart and back toward a wall or partner, rotate down and to your left until the ball is by your knee. Explosively rotate in the other direction as you rise, releasing the ball as you look over your shoulder. As the ball comes back to you (either rebounding off the wall or from a partner's throw), concentrate on slowing the ball down as you move back down into the starting position. Do not pause between the eccentric and concentric phases.
